A New Kind of Dollar Menu
Talk about getting the most bang for your buck.
It's state law in New York, and I think Washington has already followed suit, but if you haven't noticed many of your favorite grub joints are now required to disclose nutritional info on the menu somewhere--particularly calorie count. [ CLICK HERE FOR THE ORIGINAL ARTICLE ]
I didn't notice it until I went to Baskin Robbins the other day and next to the Chocolate Fudge label was this tiny little reminder of how fat this little scoop of ice cream was going to make me. Surprisingly, Chocolate Fudge has a scant 270 calories, only 50 more than other seemingly healthy choices like Strawberry.

I learned a very important lesson today straight from the marketer's strategy book. Turn negativity into an opportunity.
If you're going to take calories into consideration with your purchase, why not get the most bang for your buck?
I always thought fries at McDonald's were a bit pricey for what you got, but I guess not considering how many calories you get.
Actually, I'm more of a Burger King fry kind of guy.
