Chicken and Vegetables, “SO HOLLIBLE!”

I don't think Rain will ever read my blog, but just in case, no offense.  Killer abs, though.  Consequently, in an interview, Rain's diet consisted of chicken and vegetables with no salt to add any flavor to what he was eating.  He thought it was [horrible].

I went into the gym today expecting this huge line of people wanting new memberships.  Instead, nobody.  I thought that was kind of sad.  Even though you might fail at your new diet or exercise regiment, at least try, right?

Whatever your goals are for this year, or just for getting things done in general, you cannot allow these three things to become reasons or excuses not to try:

1.  Fear of failure - Everyone fails, that's a given.  You only fail if you stop trying, give up, or cease to learn from failures.

2.  Making comparisons - I love it when advertisements say "Results not typical."  But it's true.  Your goals should be custom designed for you according to your limitations and capabilities.  I may not have Rain's abs, or his height, or anything that would make me famous, but I'm not him.  Stop trying to be like someone else and try your best.  Success is personal growth, not popular consensus.

3.  Past experience - Don't allow your past to control your present or future.  Learn from it, process through it, grow from it.
