Every day it seems the number of friends associated with my Facebook account fluxuates. Yesterday I had 663 friends, today I have 657, and tomorrow I might have 667. I don't know why, but I have just one question for you:
WILL YOU OR WON'T YOU BE MY FACEBOOK FRIEND???
Make up your mind already, do you or do you not want to be Facebook friends. Let's make it official already (as if Facebook statuses are soooo official, right?).
When I first signed on to Facebook and had no friends it was so easy to pinpoint who didn't want to be my friend. I even had some youth kids who got mad at me and defriended me for a while. We're good now, but if you're still doing it, I'm just letting you know, even though it's just Facebook, it kinda hurts.
Ok, so I'm just being a bit facetious, but you catch my drift. This whole Facebook friends thing is over-rated anyhow. If I had a birthday party, no way 600 some odd people are going to come and nowhere near that number would attend my funeral. But that doesn't mean we stop trying to become friends of strangers and sinners... after all, I'm one to you too.
I miss Mr. Rogers.
