Faded Dreams

I dream... a lot.  They are often very vivid dreams, but if you're like me no matter how realistic and memorable the dream is, they begin to fade.

I was reading a blog the other day because it had something to say about dreaming.  I'll have to search for it again, but here are three things I remember reading:

1.  5 minutes after you wake up you forget approximately 50% of your dream.  10 minutes after you wake up you forget about 90%.  (Now, I wonder, if you forget what you forgot, how do you exactly now how much you forgot?!?)

2.  Supposedly if you snore you cannot dream.  (Can anyone attest to this?)

3.  The most commonly experience emotion in dreaming is anxiety, and negative emotions are experience on a more regular basis than positive ones.  (Whew, so I'm not just anxious all the time!)
